The Australorp Hybrid is a crossbreed between an Australorp and an Isa brown. This results in a beautiful looking chicken with a quiet temperament and terrific egg laying capacity. They have beautiful black plumage with a smattering of rust coloured feathers on their chests. Their eyes are a ligth brown colour. The chickens grow to approximately 30cm in height and should live to a ripe old age of 5-7 years.

The chickens are sold at point of lay and come double vaccinated as per Dept of Primary Industries standards and wormed so you can be guaranteed of getting a healthy bird.
